Dr Miroshnichenko is a Partner at Syutkin and Partners. Attorney. Associate Dean for international Relation, Professor, Head of Land and Agrarian Law of the Kiev National T. Shevchenko University.

He has published over 50 scientific works.

He participated in the preparation of numerous normative acts, including Law of Ukraine '' On Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage and its financial security'', approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine 13.12.2001., draft of laws of Ukraine '' About land markets'', ''On land easement'', '' On the material rights to someone else's land'', '' On the formation of real estate'', Project Agricultural Code.

He participated in the preparation changes to the Laws of Ukraine "On Electric Power Industry'', '' On natural monopolies'', projects, decrees of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the regulation of wholesale electricity market in Ukraine, regulation of relations for the implementation of civil liability insurance for nuclear damage, order changes in purpose of land, legal regime of land houses on surrounding territory, registration of real rights to land plots, and others.
